Onekay.com is the personal website of Marc Gear and is intended to encourage developers to write maintainable and sensible PHP code, although it is largely an intermittently updated blog about Marc and his travels.
Marc Gear is a 28 year old web developer living in London, England. He has been developing web applications in PHP for seven years and has worked for several high traffic websites, including timeout.com. At the moment he is Senior Developer working for the pay-per-performance (affiliate) division of a european advertising network and is always on the hunt for interesting technologies to play with and worthwhile open source projects to contribute to.
In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife Jill and son Thomas, playing video games, and is probably a little overfond of bacon.
